Dutch architecture studio MVRDV has designed the Woma mixed-use building in Miami's Wynwood neighbourhood with a central plaza and a facade broken up into colour-blocked sections.

네덜란드 건축 스튜디오 MVRDV는 마이애미 윈우드 지역에 중앙 광장과 색상 블록으로 나뉜 외관이 특징인 복합 용도 건물인 워마(Woma)를 설계했습니다 .

최근 키토의 유명 건축물들을 설계 한 우리베 슈바르츠코프(Uribe Schwarzkopf) 사에서 개발하는 워마(Woma)는 과거 산업 지구였지만 현재는 벽화와 엔터테인먼트 시설로 유명한 윈우드(Wynwood)에 163세대의 주거 공간을 갖출 예정입니다.

MVRDV는 여러 가지 색상을 사용하고 스팬드럴과 멀리언의 너비와 패턴을 다양하게 하여 건물을 시각적으로 분할하는 파사드 시스템을 설계했습니다.
