HD Hyundai Heavy Industries has been selected as the preferred bidder for the development project of the performance improvement system for the 214-class submarine (Jangbogo-Ⅱ).

HD현대중공업은 보안 감점에도 기존 214급 잠수함 9척 중 6척을 건조한 점을 높이 평가받은 것으로 알려졌다.
