Samsung C&T Engineering & Construction (E&C) Group has signed with Poland’s Synthos Green Energy (SGE) to collaborate on Small Modular Reactor (SMR) development, including Poland’s first SMR project and future expansion across Central and Eastern Europe

The partnership strengthens Samsung C&T’s growing SMR portfolio in Europe, following recent collaborations in Romania, Estonia, Sweden, and a strategic alliance with GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy

새로운 파트너십을 통해 유럽에서 SMR 사업 확장

삼성물산건설그룹은 폴란드의 신토스 그린에너지(SGE)와 소형 모듈형 원자로(SMR) 개발 협력 계약을 체결했다. 이번 협력에는 폴란드 최초의 SMR 프로젝트는 물론, 향후 중부 및 동유럽 전역으로의 확장이 포함된다.

이번 파트너십은 루마니아, 에스토니아, 스웨덴과의 최근 협력 및 GE 버노바 히타치 원자력 에너지와의 전략적 제휴에 이어 유럽에서 성장하고 있는 삼성물산의 소형 모듈형 원자로(SMR) 포트폴리오를 더욱 강화합니다.
